Simo Liukka

Simo Liukka is a bit of a freak of nature.

He's one of those rare people who can make almost anyone feel like they've known him for years. That same warmth tends to find its way into his films.

He's been around Breakfast since the very beginning and even came up with the company's name. We try not to mention it too often.

Simo approaches directing through writing and a genuine fascination with people. He's also annoyingly good at learning things. Whatever catches his interest usually becomes another skill.

Before directing, he worked as an Art Director in Los Angeles, Melbourne and Helsinki. For over a decade, he’s been directing commercials and believes the best work is always made together.
